The beer drinks like a lovely dry Oloroso Sherry with sweet malty notes from the 9 different grains we used. Fermented with raisins, dates, refiners sugar and molasses. Finally finished in a blend of Speyside Whisky and Bourbon barrels with some funky farmhouse yeast for just under a year.
